£0.50p per image. : Image to transfer to disk

£1.05p per image. : Image cleaning then transfer to disk

£5.00p Per Job. : Slide Show DVD of all the images transferred


Charge is £0.50p per Negative for clean, clear, good condition Negatives. If Negatives are in a box that has not been opened for a number years, please check that they are still in good condition before ordering.

Cleaning and electronic enhancement of Negatives is optional but recommended. If you have not opted for cleaning and electronic enhancement then during the conversion process you will be send a small set of sample images to examine and decide if you wish to opt in for the cleaning and electronic enhancement process during the conversion, However, the cost per image transfer will rise to £1.05p. Every possible effort will be made to remove any blemishes from the Negative before conversion, however we cannot promise to remove every mark as some of these may already be in the film either at the time of taking the picture (hairs on the lens etc.),or the Negatives may be scratched themselves.

All Negatives should be left in their original processed state, if they are in plastic or card outers leave them in there, do not send tiny pieces of square film. All Images are preferred to be numbered and sectioned grouped for ease of viewing, however if they are not, all Negatives will be processed on a random basis. Each image will be transferred to computer format (.jpg) which can be viewed on any computer. Dependant on quantity images will be placed on a single CD (up to 10000 images).

We would recommend All items should be sent to us on a signed for service to ensure they do not go missing ( e.g.. royal mail special delivery courier) as we cannot be held responsible if items go astray in the process of being delivered. All items (original images and image disk) will be returned to you via our own next day courier. Please include a telephone number so you can be contacted and advised of their return. (Return delivery will be charged a flat fee on top of the total order price.)

  • Estimated turnaround per 1000 images (from Receipt to dispatch should be between 7 - 10 working days but cannot be guaranteed. We do have the option of priority processing, please contact us for details.


  • Although there is no limit on the amount of slide shows you can put on a DVD, please be aware that you may only have 99 still images in each slide show, Therefore, if you opt for a slideshow and your quantity exceeds 99 images per group, a second slideshow will be used to display the remaining images in the group.>

  • If you choose the DVD option your files will be burned on a Standard DVD-R. These DVD's should be compatible with all UK purchased stand alone DVD players and any standard PC DVD-ROM drive, BUT, this cannot be guaranteed on foreign purchased items, However, We do sell our own DVD player that we have proved to work.
